After two years of closure, the Ivorian universities reopen their doors

President Alassane Ouattara was inaugurated Monday, September 3rd the academic year in Abidjan, after two years of closure of universities and rehabilitation of a huge cost, making it the first major project of its mandate. EXPLOSION OF COSTS

Ouattara has also ordered an inquiry into the "eligibility criteria" market for Abidjan and dismissed the Chief Financial Officer of the Ministry of Higher Education.
