There is no doubt if you eat healthy foods most of the time and avoid the unhealthy food, you will lose the weight. However, I spoke to people who eat healthy foods most of the time but do not lose the weight. Sometimes there is an element missing in their spending patterns or, in a paramount way, not to miss.
